Sinners Reborn LLC does not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size. If you select the incorrect size at checkout, the item is not eligible for return or exchange based on sizing.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is subject to the carrier’s process and tracking updates. If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

8. Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Sinners Reborn LLC does not accept returns on any item that has been opened.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If an item has been opened, removed from its packaging, worn, washed, damaged, or altered, it is not eligible for return.

Sinners Reborn LLC does not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size. Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing chart listed in the description of each product listing page before placing an order.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not comply with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another resolution at our discretion.

Failure to contact us within the required timeframe may result in your claim being denied.
